Develop is the AI and data implementation practice of AI Workshop Switzerland. It covers nine services, use case discovery, AI & data strategy, project roadmaps, audits, infrastructure, training, custom AI development, GenAI customization, and ongoing maintenance, delivered with governance, human-in-the-loop review, and Swiss data protection built in.
How is Develop different from AI Workshop's training programs?
Training programs build your team's skills in facilitated sessions. Develop builds and maintains the actual systems: data pipelines, AI applications, custom GenAI tools, and the governance layer around them. Many clients combine both, training the team while we build the infrastructure.
Do we need to start with a big project?
No. Most clients start with Use Case Discovery or an AI & Data Audit, short, fixed-price engagements that tell you exactly what is worth building before you commit to development.
Where does the work happen and who owns the result?
We work remotely and on-site across Switzerland, Zurich, Geneva, Lausanne, Basel, and Bern. Everything we build runs in your environment and is owned by you: code, models, documentation, and credentials are handed over in full.
